Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: Guest will receive a full refund

  • Cancellations made 15 - 29 days prior to arrival: Guest will receive a 50% refund (forfeit deposit)

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guest will forfeit their refund, no refund


All of the following rules are in place to help keep our campground and our guests safe.

  1. Rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in ejection without refund. Rules are subject to change by park management.

  2. Please report any issues with your site to the front desk.

  3. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles.

  4. Do not park in the grass. Park in front of or behind your unit. You may park in the street as long as you do not impede traffic. Please see office staff for availability of additional parking. DO NOT park on empty sites at any time. 

  5. No RV maintenance may occur at your site without prior approval from park management.

  6. Only one camping unit per site and two vehicles per site. Boats, utility trailers, etc. are not to be parked at your site. Contact the office for additional parking. 

  7. There is a $10 fee for washing vehicles on the property. This includes trailer trucks etc. You will be allowed to wash your camper and your boat once a year for free. After that you will have to pay. See the office before washing. 

  8. Park speed limit is 10 mph. It starts as soon as you enter the park and changes to 5 mph for vehicles after you pass the office. You will only receive one warning. 

  9. Loud objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 11pm-8am Friday & Saturday.You are responsible for your guests. Children need to be back on the campsite by quiet hours.

  10. No rugs or carpets on the grass. No dog kennels on the grass. No holes of any kind, this includes clotheslines, flags, etc. Satellite dishes must be on tripods. If you already have your satellite dish in place it can remain as is. 

  11. All alcoholic beverages must be in plain containers or a koozie.

  12. No gray water will be discharged on the ground. Each site has a sewer connection with the exception of the seasonal sites in the 100’s. Every site is required to have a sewer collar for health and safety reasons.

  13. Sites are to be kept tidy and clutter free (including cigarette butts). Dumpsters are located near the office for your use. Dumpsters are for household trash only; all other trash needs to be hauled off at your expense. Do not leave trash out overnight, as this invites critters to the park. Each site must be kept clean of garbage and debris.

  14. All camping units and decks must be in good condition and regularly maintained. Management reserves the right to determine conditions and may refuse rental to units deemed unsightly or posing safety concerns.

  15. No Fireworks or firearms are allowed on the premises.  

  16. The cleanliness of the bathhouse and laundry room is everyone's responsibility.  

  17. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult in all buildings on the property at all times. This includes the pool, game room and playground areas. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior and compliance with park rules. 

  18. All Golf Carts, Bicycles and Scooters must have lights on them. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult if they are driving a golf cart.

  19. Please be courteous to other guests and staff– Profanity, violence or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Please DO NOT walk through someone else's campsite without permission.

  20. Fire Pits: Never leave a campfire unattended and fully extinguish campfires when you are finished. All fire pits must be kept clean and in good working condition. Fire pits must be approved by management. 

  21. All pets must be kept on a maximum of 6 foot leash at all times and under the control of their owner. Pets may not be outside unattended. There is a dog park located up front by the office for your convenience and there are dog waste receptacles located throughout the park. Not cleaning up after your pet can result in ejection. No pets in the pool area, club house or bathhouse. Pet vaccinations must be up to date and provided to management.

  22. No glass in the pool area. No excessive alcohol in the pool area. Remember this is a family campground.

  23. Propane will be filled during office hours only.

  24. You may have packages delivered here but no personal mail. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We provide this as a courtesy only. You can pick these items up during business hours. 

  25. Your arrival date is your monthly/yearly due date. Payment should be no later than close of business the day it is due. If you are more than 5 days late there will be a $15 charge and $1 a day will be added to each day it is late. If you are more than 20 days late, a tow truck will be called and the site will be cleared at the owner's expense and the situation will be turned over to the park attorney. 

  26. Please notify the office of any extra guest or of your departure.

  27. If you are selling your camper, please speak with park management on the rules for selling your camper and have a potential buyer stop by the office to speak with park management on the rules of buying the camper.
